We use this information solely to contact property owners about potential land purchases, to evaluate properties, and to communicate with people who respond to us. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

We send text messages to property owners regarding potential purchases of their land.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive occasional follow-up messages if you do not respond.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information collected for text messaging is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Sharing your information

Data retention
We keep property and contact records for as long as needed for our acquisition work. If you opt out or ask us to delete your information, we remove you from active outreach and retain only what is necessary to honor that request.
